1) Your player account has not yet been verified
Please note that withdrawals are validated within 48 hours on average, once your player account has been verified.
Please check that all your documents have been uploaded and validated.

2) Your withdrawal limit has been reached
You have the option of withdrawing ¥1,250,000.
If, for example, you make four withdrawals of ¥500,000 at the same time, only two will be validated in 48 hours on average
The other two will be validated 7 days later
