If you are unable to make a withdrawal, there may be several reasons. Below are the different possibilities:

1) Bonus in progress
When you have a bonus in progress, it is not possible to make a withdrawal.
As a reminder, our bonuses have a wager of x20 (unless otherwise stated).
In order to make a withdrawal, the wager must be completed (see article ‘bonuses: How they work’).
If you do not wish to complete your bonus, and withdraw your real balance, your current bonus must be cancelled (see ‘Cancelling my bonus’ article).

2) Non-wagered deposit
As part of our fight against fraud and money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn.
If you deposit €10, you must wager this amount at least once before you can withdraw.

3) Minimum withdrawal amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is ¥1,600.
If your balance is less than this amount, you will not be able to withdraw.

4) Maximum withdrawal amount
The maximum withdrawal amount is ¥1,250,000.
If you request an amount higher than this, you will not be able to withdraw
