🚨 Once your bonus has been cancelled, we unfortunately cannot credit it again!

Our bonus conditions are simple, our bonuses are non-sticky, meaning you can cancel your bonus balance to withdraw the real at any time.

If you make winnings with your deposit, these winnings remain real. You can then cancel your bonus and withdraw your real balance.

However, once your wager 30 bonus has started, you must release it by playing 30 times the amount of the bonus.
As long as the bonus has not been released, all associated winnings will also be in the bonus balance.

The bonus is a second chance if you lose your deposit, but it is subject to conditions (see article ‘Bonus with wager: How they work’).

You can see the bonus balance displayed and the actual balance on your player account. When you cancel a bonus, it is the bonus balance that you are cancelling.

To cancel a bonus, go to the ‘Bonus in progress’ page and click on ‘Cancel’.

To avoid click errors, you must ‘confirm’ the deletion of your bonus.
