Changing your password is a very simple and secure process, which you can carry out on your own. Follow these steps to change your password:

1) Forgot your password?
Click on ‘Forgot your password?’ on the home page of our site.

Enter the e-mail address linked to your player account and confirm
Following the confirmation message, an e-mail will be sent to you to reset your password.

Now all you have to do is choose your new password!

🚨 Once you have access to your player account again, we advise you to change your password so that you don't forget it.

2) From your player account
Please go to the ‘My password’ section in your ‘Profile’.
Click ''Change Password'' and ''send email''

After you click ''Send email'', you will receive an email with a link to change your password.
Please proceed to change your password via sent email.

🚨 Your new password must contain at least 8 characters, including a capital letter, a number and a special character.
