Making a withdrawal request by bank transfer is quick and easy. Here are the steps to follow:

You don't need to fill in your bank details when selecting this method.
In fact, when you send your documents for your account to be verified, you must send us your bank details.

Go to the ‘Banking’ section from the home page
Click on ‘Withdrawals’
Select ‘Bank Transfer’


💡Useful information:

A withdrawal is validated in 48 hours on average, once your account has been verified.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ¥1,600.
The maximum withdrawal amount is ¥1,250,000.
Once your withdrawal has been validated, it may take between 2 and 5 working days for it to appear in your bank account.
