1) Check your documents
Ensure that all four edges of the documents are visible
Your documents must be in color
We do not accept duplicates
Make sure the documents are clear and of good quality
Verify that the document you wish to upload is the one requested
All documents must be valid
Ensure that your name and surname appear on each document
Check that the documents sent are accepted (you will find the details for each document in our article "Send my documents")


2) Send your documents
Upload your compliant documents from the "Profile" icon, section "My documents"
Once analyzed, you will receive an email to follow the progress of the verification of your player account!
