Removing a bank card from your registered deposit methods is a quick and easy process. Follow these steps to remove it:

We need the following information:

৹ Your date of birth
৹ Your complete postal address (number, street, zip code, city)

Send us your information via our live chat or e-mail
Be sure to include the last four digits of your payment card number.

3) Confirmation
Once we have received your information, we will process the deletion of the payment card from your registered deposit methods on your player account.
